- With Sylvie Amar Studio, we will showcase our designs
at the "Salon du Chocolat Professionnel" exhibit in Paris
from October 28th to 30th.
Come visit us during these 3-days at stand number 122!
(it is exclusive for the professionals, not the grand public show)
Our stand will be close to the demonstration area, where for the first time
aroud 30 chefs will illuminate our taste buds (with the complicity of
"Fòrum Gastronòmic" organized in Girona and in Saint-Jacques de
Compostelle by Jaume von Arend and Pep Palau).
There will also be the 3rd edition of the International Cocoa Awards.

- Sake Cup "FUJIYAMA"
- Has been under development at just the right time!
Though development of this product was not in a related move with Mount Fuji's World Heritage site registration, it is our honor to introduce another new item of ours; FUJIYAMA sake cup while is still fresh in our minds.
This sake cup was an attempt at a faithful transcription (reduced in size, of course) of the original mountain. Moreover, another mini Mt. Fuji is inside the cup, enabling you to enjoy when drinking. For yourself, as a gift, or for souvenir and various occasions.

before World War 2, by researching pictures for there were
no drawings.

- NOUSAKU Event @ "Fang Suo Commune" in Guangzhou
- Limited term exhibition "Meeting with NOUSAKU" is
held at Guangzhou's creative bookstore; Fang Suo Commune.
Fang Suo Commune is known as a innovative bookstore,
sells books, drinks, clothes, and creative houseware & gadgets.
Since its opening in 2011, it has drawn a large attention.
Scheduled to be held until January 20th, we are pleased with
the atmosphere of the place itself.
Along with our exhibiton, if you have a chance, please do visit Fang Suo.
This is a must-visit store.
We have also held an event on 23rd.
Introducing not only about the 4th owner Mr. Nousaku and the company,
we also mentioned about Takaoka, Manyo-shu (anthology of poetry), Japanese
animation chraracter, etc. It was also an interesting event for us!

- 23rd Culinary Olympics
- Mr. Momoi, a chef from Toyama city, presenting Japan at the 23rd Culinary Olympics
in Germany this October won a grand prize in the individual hors d'oeuvre section.
The quadrennial competition drew more than 1,500 professional chefs from
about 50 countries to compete in group and individual categories.
His aim of joining the olympics was to show off his French culinary skills
on the world stage, and to showcase Toyama's local food such as white shrimp
and locally harvested rice.
He had also visited our foundry before the Olympics, and took our flexible wares
to use them for the decoration. Congratulations, Momoi-san!

- NOUSAKU has been introducing "Sake Cup of the Year" since 2010.
We are pleased to release a new piece of tableware; Sake Cup of snake motif.
Arranged in 2 types: pure tin version / pure tin with gold leaf on top
According to Japanese tradition, each year reflects the character of
a different sign of the Chinese zodiac. 2013 is the snake.
These wil be released tomorrow at our official 3 shops in Tokyo as a start.
